What does trust mean to you? Who do you trust? Why do you trust them?
We don’t trust people because they have all the answers, but because we know we’d be okay with them no matter what happened, even if they were wrong – because we would still know we would be safe, we would survive.
When we start making changes in our lives for the better like eating healthy and exercising, we set goals, we have dreams, we have expectations. But what happens when we fail to accomplish our goals? Do you put yourself down? Do you punish yourself (either emotionally or even physically – by eating more than you should?)
